1. Who we are
Castora is a web application that helps creators launch Solana tokens and connect their own TikTok account for automated posting after official TikTok authorization. Contact: hananawa8@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
- Wallet data: Solana wallet address and signed authentication messages used to create your session.
- TikTok connection data: After you authorize Castora via TikTok Login Kit, we receive OAuth tokens, open_id, display name, avatar URL, and granted scopes (such as posting permissions). We do not receive or store your TikTok password.
- Project content: prompts, names, tickers, bios, images, videos, captions, and related media you generate or upload.
- Usage and technical data: IP address, browser type, device info, timestamps, and basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
- On-chain / launch data: mint addresses, transaction signatures, and fee-share configuration associated with your launches.
3. How we use information
- Provide accounts, birth/launch flows, studio tools, and support.
- Post videos to your connected TikTok account when you request automated posting.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot errors.
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.
- Improve the Service (aggregated or de-identified analytics where practical).
4. TikTok-specific use
TikTok data is used only to identify your connected account and to perform actions you authorize (for example, uploading/publishing video content with captions you approve through Castora). We do not sell TikTok user data. You may disconnect Castora in TikTok’s app/settings; we will stop using that connection for new posts.
5. Sharing
We may share information with:
- Service providers that host infrastructure, storage, AI media generation, or analytics under contract.
- TikTok, when you authorize posting or login through their APIs.
- Blockchain networks, which are public by design when you broadcast transactions.
- Authorities when required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
6. Cookies and local storage
We use browser storage (such as local/session storage) for authentication sessions and preferences. You can clear these in your browser; doing so may sign you out.
7. Retention
We retain account, content, and connection data while your account is active and as needed to operate the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of account-linked data by contacting hananawa8@gmail.com, subject to legal and operational limits (including public blockchain records, which cannot be erased).
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted storage of sensitive tokens where applicable. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. International transfers
The Service may be hosted or processed in jurisdictions other than yours. By using Castora, you understand that information may be transferred to those locations.
10. Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
11. Your choices
- Disconnect your wallet session by signing out in the product.
- Revoke TikTok access in TikTok settings.
- Request access/correction/deletion where applicable by emailing hananawa8@gmail.com.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be indicated by revising the “Last updated” date.
