These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Castora (https://castora.fun), including our website, APIs, and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Castora helps users create Solana token projects and connect their own TikTok account so Castora can publish content to that account on their behalf after they authorize us through TikTok’s official Login Kit and Content Posting API. Castora does not create TikTok accounts for users and does not ask for TikTok passwords.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including rules for cryptocurrency, marketing, and social media.
3. Accounts and connections
You may sign in with a Solana wallet. Your Castora account is associated with that wallet. Separately, you may connect a TikTok account you own or control. You represent that you have the right to authorize Castora to post to that TikTok account. You can revoke TikTok access at any time in TikTok’s settings; posting will stop until you reconnect.
4. User content and token launches
You are solely responsible for prompts, names, bios, images, videos, captions, token metadata, and any on-chain transactions you sign. Content must not be illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful. Cryptocurrency tokens involve high risk; Castora does not guarantee liquidity, value, or success of any launch. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, or legal advice.
5. TikTok and third parties
When you connect TikTok, TikTok’s terms and privacy policy also apply. Castora uses TikTok developer APIs only with scopes you approve. Pump.fun, Solana wallets, RPC providers, and other third parties are independent services; we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
6. Fees
Where fee sharing is enabled, creator trading fees may be split between you and Castora as shown in the product at the time of launch (for example, an 80/20 split). Network fees and third-party fees are your responsibility. We may change fee terms with notice for future launches.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, automate abuse, spam, impersonate others, violate TikTok or platform rules, or use the Service for fraud, scams, or unlawful marketing.
8. Intellectual property
Castora’s branding, software, and site materials are owned by Castora or its licensors. You retain rights to content you submit, and grant Castora a limited license to host, process, and publish that content as needed to operate the Service you request (including posting to your connected TikTok).
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASTORA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted service, successful TikTok posts, or token performance.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASTORA AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR TOKEN VALUE CHANGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO CASTORA IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $100 IF YOU PAID NO FEES.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Castora harmless from claims arising out of your content, token launches, TikTok posts, wallet activity, or breach of these Terms.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or if required by law or platform partners (including TikTok). You may stop using the Service at any time.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the update means you accept the revised Terms.
